OMG I'd love that for my pigguns! Although would have to cat proof the garden and get my boys all living together! That's so fab! Pigs would be in their element in that!

It looks great but I can Picture someone that doesnt know what they are doing putting far to many piggies in it.
I know it has loads of run space but the hutch space is limited :-\

How many would you say Graham? I was thinking 5 at the most.

You can buy a shed for that price :o with a good imagination you could make one like that yourself for a fraction of the price ;) you could even ask on your local freecycle for runs and hutches then link them all together :)

I'm afraid I have a pet hate for hutch and run all in one. I much prefer a seperate run and hutch.

The main reason is that the animals are handled frequently when transferring daily from hutch to seperate run, an easy way to get to know them and check they are ok. I'm sure some people just put the food etc in daily without touching the animals as they are so difficult to catch in the combinations, wherever the owner is the piggie is in the other bit! Cleaning out can't be easy either.

Also there is always that cold damp air coming up into the housing all the time and I'm not sure the unit would be moved around to fresh grass as much as they could be due to the weight and it being a two man job.

Also I'm not keen on ladders either. Yes, I'm picky ;D

No sorry, it's not for me :)

The reason I haven't got a hutch and run together is I wasn't keen on putting the hutch on the pavement and letting them walk on the floor. But then I wasn't keen on killing the grass with the hutch on it! So I couldn't win!

Well I had never put mine on the concreat before but have now put the run onto it as the ground was too damp ;) and boy half hour run around while I am cleaning hutches is keeping the nails down a treat ;)
