Radishes

Just want to check this before I feed them to my lads, are radishes an ok to feed food?

Mild ones are ok in small amounts, yes. Some like them, some dont! they seem to prefer the leaves

Mine like the leaves too but only the really mild radishes.

Mine love radishes. I've never bought any with leaves to try them with them though.

Just to revive this thread. I looked to see if it was ok to feed raddishes and the leaves. I planted some raddish seeds (about 25) in a tray, put them outside and they have grown really well into thin raddishes with loads of leaves in the tray in about 4 weeks. If anyone wants to have a go they are so easy. This will not quite give my lot 2 each! so will be planting more later. There are loads of seeds in the packet, and very cheap to buy. x
