radishes?

My mum is off on holiday so has given me a huge carrier bag full of perishables. To my great delight mostly veggies so my piggies will be happy! I was wondering if they could eat radishes as I don't like them and there is a bag full in there!

Mine are not keen on them, they seem to dont know wether to play football with them or eat them lol.

Funnily enough, i bought some for my four tonight (never had them before), cut 2 up for them and after a few sniffs they took a bite and they have eaten them all up!

I think they're fine as long as you don't give them too much at a time. Hope this has helped. xx

i was thinking some radish can be hot and i wouldnt of thought they would like them

They must be mild

radishes are fine in small amounts more as a treat or every now and then thing.Make sure they are the mild variety though

couldn't wait gave them some. Only small nibbles on them but that is normal for my too with new foods! they could be gone completely by the morning. I had to try them first to make sure they were mild ones! Yuck! was ok though as they were! I remember why I don't like them now! I used to hate the hot ones!

We are growing radishes in the garden this year, and I wondered whether the guinea pigs could eat the leaves? My son and I love the radishes, but the leaves would otherwise go to waste.

hi my piggies and my rabbit love the radish tops i have grown some this year so have plenty they are not so keen on the actual radishes though

my dad gave me some radishes off his allotment and i have gave them the leaves what they love but not radishes them selves
