Rainbow piggy

It is with a heavy heart I announce the loss of rainbow the guinea pig.

Just over e years old, he loss 1/2 his body weight a few months back but recovered well. Last night he was happy and active, this morning he was gone.

He's survived by his brothers Neapolitan and Coco pops.

The smallest paws leave the biggest holes in our hearts.

The other 2 are happy and seem healthy, but are booked in for a vet checkup on Monday to be safe

I keep wanting to cry, but I have to stay happy for my daughter.

She's 8 and autistic so doesn't really understand.

I'm glad it was me that found rainbow not her

At 3 I'd hoped he'd got a good few years in him yet.

Unfortunately I've made the desicion now that neo and Coco will be last guinea pigs for a while.this has hit me harder than I thought it would

Rainbow is home again. I've placed him on a shelf above his brother's so he can continue to watch over them.

The crem were so lovely. I didn't even ask for the paw prints but she did them, and a beautiful card.

Got me crying again. But I'm pleased to have him home.

He is back home - I’m so sorry Rainbow passed away.
He was living his best life with you and Neopolitan and Coco pops ….and that’s all we can do for our piggies.
Part of loving our pets is also the sadness when we say goodbye.
You have wonderful memories of Rainbow and in time his loss will lessen a little bit.

They made me cry too.

I'm going to scan the paw prints and make a keyring for my daughter and my ex (who I originally got the piggies with) to remember him.
