The house is so empty and silent without Freddie and Marmalade. It's completely desolate.

I'd give anything to hold their fluffy, warm little bodies in my arms again and kiss their beautiful little heads (while they look at me as if to say "muuuuuuuuum get ooooooooff").

Thank god for friends who have filled my day and evening tomorrow with plans and fun.

I know a lot of people here have been through similar, the pain of losing piggy best buddies - tomorrow night a friend has organised a dinner party for me where we are going to raise a toast to Freddie and Marmalade and all lost favourite pets.

Name your piggy at Rainbow Bridge here and I will raise a glass to them tomorrow night too...
 
I'm so sorry for your losses :(

I lost one of my boys, Squeak on tuesday, so suddenly :( it's a sad time! Heartbreaking isn't it?

However! I think it's a great thing you are doing tomorrow :D and it's lovely you have friends too help you and organise fun activities too cheer you up! :D

RIP too your little piggies! Run free!
 
That is a really lovely idea. I am so glad you have such good friends.
 
this is a nice idea.

i have two piggies at the bridge, ches who we lost 21st feb 2013, and maisie who we lost recently - 7th august 2014. i miss them both very very much.

so sorry for your losses x
 
That's great that your friends are rallying around you :) I really hope you have a good weekend full of distractions. A lovely idea to toast your rainbow bridge piggies tomorrow evening. x

Freddie died Tuesday too, also very suddenly less than two weeks after his brother Marmalade. I'll be raising a glass to them AND Squeak tomorrow night. Big hugs x

Aw, our boys travelled to the bridge together!

I think it's amazing you are wanting too toast to the loss of everyone else's piggies!

You are very lucky having friends that understand.I lost fizzy pop the piggy in my avatar.She was a very special texel with bags of personality.Everyone fell in love with her, even my hubby who wasn't bothered about the piggies until I nursed her.

Thank you. I will be thinking of you and all the piggies at Rainbow Bridge tomorrow night. I am so pleased your friend is doing this for you as I think it will help you enormously with your grieving.

Squeak, Freddie and Marmalade will be partying tonight at the Rainbow Bridge I just know it!

I went to the cathedral where I live and lit a candle for them all today too.

I think there should be set days every year on the forum where we all raise a glass to our piggies at Rainbow Bridge then leave messages for them on the forum. It was lovely hearing friends say "to Freddie and Marmalade" and then share some bubbly and a special meal and dessert someone had made! X

I'm glad my Squeak has your piggies too chill with over the bridge! (Not glad they are gone though of course, I'd rather them all be here with us!) But they will all take care of eachother now!

The candle was a lovely idea!
