on the left is where the abcess is its a little hard to understand but the pic is tilted think its your right :)

I'm having a nightmare with it the stitches have come open now its not bleeding and no puss draining out but there is lots of green puss there.back the vets 2moz again dont know if its a good thing it being open though as the puss can drain out if it fills up again what do you think?:...:...

he is fine in him self lost a little weight but think thats down to the stress of it all.....
would sudocreme be ok in a open wound full of green puss

I'd say so its an antiseptic cream, it tends to heal stuff real quick :) It wont do it any harm to put some on, it cant cause any more infection then whats already there.
 
Sudocrem is a barrier, it makes the skin waterproof and obv works both ways, so i would only use it once the wound has been drained by the vet. Vaseline can help wounds to heal and keep things supple (sp?).
