Hello.

Could anyone possibly assist in providing somewhere or someone who might wish to take on 2 x male guinea pigs (Watson & Houdini),which are 18 months old. Both are in excellent condition without any health issues, but my daughter is unable to keep them as the landlord won't allow pets!

As we have a dog, keeping the GP's isn't an option for us, so we're seeking anyone who can provide them with a good new home.

Thanks

Hello windowman and welcome to the forum,

Sorry to hear your daughter has to rehome her guinea pigs. Whereabouts are you ? This might help people decide if they can help or not.

Another option would be to hand them in to a decent rescue who would home check any potential homes before rehoming them - people on here could recommend good rescues in your area if they know where you are roughly.

Hope you manage to find them a good home,

x

Hello and welcome.

Where abouts are I'm sure there will be someone or a rescue local to you. I used to hide mine when the landlord used to come as they have to give you notice so i would take them my mums lol not that I'm encouraging that sort of behaviour :))

re-homing help!

BUMP !

Hi yes if you can let everyone know what area the piggies live in there maybe a rescue that could be suggested.......or somebody might be able to give them a home.
By the way whee have a dog, our girls (Velvet and Onyx) are in a home made house, with a wire lid too, and they're never out playing unless i'm with them or our dog isn't around..... so yes it can be done, but of course it depends on your situation.
Best of luck :)
