Readi grass - bloat

one of my guinea pigs is bloated and the vet told us to keep her off the grass for a month. I just bought the guinea pigs a bag of readi grass for a treat when it occurred to me; is Readi grass actually grass?

even if it is do you think it's okay for her?

Readigrass is richer than normal hay so should only be given as a treat anyway. I would probably stick to just hay for now. Did the vet prescribe anything for the bloat?

The vet gave us infacol until it runs out and 3 days worth of another medicine that I can't remember the name of .
She's already finished both of the medicines but she still looks quite bloated (only because we reintroduced red pepper yesterday and it didn't agree with her).

Infacol isn’t recommended on here I think because it forms one big gas bubble which the piggy may have trouble passing. Have a read of the link below. I would take her back to the vet. Are they experienced in treating guinea pigs?

I agree with everything @Siikibam has advised - readigrass is too rich to be anything other than a treat and infacol is not recommended
