Readi Grass

Hi all. I’ve been giving Percy and Simba Readi Grass as they can’t go on the grass atm. I thought I could literally chuck a pile in their home but now I’m worried it’s high in calcium! Can anyone advise? Here is a picture of my boys! X

Personally, my boys never have grass or readi grass. I give them a mix of Timothy and meadow hay and dried forage with occasional "treat" hay.

Mine loved Readigrass but it was an occasional treat.
Towards the end of his life Micah went off pea flakes so every evening Ruth would get her pea flakes and Micah had a small pile of Readigrass.
Ruth usually helped him when she’d hoovered up the pea flakes

Mine get a pinch each once or twice a week. They do get fresh grass most days though, when it's not frozen!

It's good to know this as I thought the same as you re: high calcium content. I've only limited their readigrass recently due to my girls getting a bit too chonky!
