Is readigrass okay to be fed ad-lib? I've not feed this before but both my girls seem to be enjoying it. There is no mention of amounts on the back of the bag. Is it okay for an 8 week old guinea or should I stick to hay?
 
Can you offer both. Readigrass has more nutrition than hay but hay is very important for grinding down teeth.
 
As long as the guinea's poops are ok i.e. his system is used to the richness of Readigrass, there is no problem feeding it ad-lib.

Long strand hay does have it's benefits too, so some high quality grass hay would be good to feed alongside the Readigrass.
 
Thanks, will be feeding hay too. Only ended up with readi grass as the feed store had no hay.
