I have bought a bale of readigrass and as i am only using it for food not bedding it is going to last me a while i was wondering how long it will keep its freshness and nutrition x

not really none of my family keep animals like me, i have six piggies of my own and five foster piggies even though they all love it i recon it will still last a good few months x

A bale lasts me about 8 weeks and it stays fresh. I always fold the top of the bag over.

I opened my bag in january and its still fresh i fold the top of the bag over too.

Opened mine at the start of December and it is still ok. Its in the yard as I'm allergic and don't use it no more. Damn Hayfever!

Mines lasted 3months so far with 8 piggies munching away on it ;D Still got a good portion left too
