I am a piggy owner in Aberdeen area in Scotland, and some of you may have seen my self-intro thread and know that I am forced to move home and need someone to look after my piggies(Pizza and Pasta, I named them) for 3 to 5 months before I can settle down in my new house.
The temporary residence I am going to stay in is pet free, no negotiation on that, but I am very reluctant to re-home my piggies , or send them to SPCA or Pet 4 Home, and definitely not going to sell them on Gumtree. I want to embrace them back as soon as I settle down.
The time is very limited for me, we got the notice last week and have to move out before mid of February! I am currently thinking about send them to the boarding center in Perth as the last ditch solution, but I still prefer someone in Aberdeen region where I can go and visit my piggies during the days of separation.
I've checked some boarding service in Aberdeen. I am willing to pay for their stay, but the sum these boarding centers charge are quite an amount for a few months stay.
SO, anyone has any advice, please, I appreciate a lot.
