I searched A LOT on google about problem that i have and it leaded me into this forum (I'm happy i found it). The problem is my 5 month old male,who sometimes sound so strange,like he is in pain..
it is high sound like wheek but much more quiet (not so vocal) and longer...
when i did boar cleaning week ago he literally scream when i touch his balls. First i thought gasses, i cut all veggies except lettuce. HE got peletts, hay and lettuce,he poop,pee ,eat ,run, popcorn,play drink water and sometimes he do that sound.. Now if i pick him up and touch his male part (testicles) he would scream. His testices are double size of my other female pigg and they are same age but diferent breed.
He isn't neutered.
His tummy isn't round like bubble.
His brother jump on him every day,like he show dominance. I don't know if he maybe hurt him.. Sometimes when his brother come to him ne make that squeek sound. PLs some advices will be really helpful.

Have you tried taking him to the vet? If he is in pain I would take him right away. Guinea pigs hide signs of pain or illness so once he is screaming it shows how serious it is.
 
I didn't take to vet but i have intention and i will. I'm trying to see if someone had same problem. I took him to vet like 40 days ago for some other checking and vet check him fully and all was just fine.
 
Personally, I would take him back.

It does sound to me like he is in pain too, and possibly that his testicles are swollen. He definitely needs to go back to the vet. Is he eating and drinking ok? and pooing ok?

The other possibility is that he is squeaking in submission, but that would really only apply to his behaviour with his brother and not when you are touching him.
 
He is eating normaly,pooping normaly.
Why does his testicles get swallen?
He squeek mostly when i put him for boar cleaning and touch them. I tryed to put him on all 4 legs and touch it and nothing,no sound to make.
 
I couldn't say why, but it does sound like he may be sensitive.

However, he only does it when on his back? and if you touch the same area when he is upright there is no reaction? It could be that he just doesn't like being on his back. Even so, I would still get him checked just to be sure.
 
Just on his back. I'm thinking the same. Maybe he doesnt like boar cleaning and he think I'm gonna do that so he beg me to stop.. I feel bad if he think I'm gonna hurt him :(
I'm gonna call vet tomorow for sure.
