Really sad story.

I have just picked up a male guinea pig. this is his story.

He was housed with 2 other males. The family dog got in the hutch, killed his 2 brothers and got hold of him. The owner and her gardener got him off of the dog. The owner decided she did'nt want him as what would she tell the kids! So.......

The gardener took him home but his wife didn't want him so off he went to somewhere else, however they had a dog and the dog also wanted him, so he was put in a shed where the dog was scrabbling at the door to get to him. So.....

Off he went to someone else, who phoned me up. This lady kept him in a box in the kitchen. He is lovely boy but can you imagine how scared he is. He has no marks on him but he keeps his head on the side, so he will be off to the vets tomorrow.

Please send loads of vibes as can you imagin how awful this has been for him.

He's gone through so much trauma in such a short time Best of luck to the pig - hope there are no major problems with his health and that he starts to warm up to humans soon. x

(PS: Llewelyn grew up in a run together with rabbits and chickens; and even after more than two years with me, he still dives for cover as soon as hears a chicken on tv! So I really can fee for this poor boy!)
