Rearranging Room - Thoughts Needed!

I'm trying to somehow fit another cage into my bedroom so that I can keep my Peruvian sow who has kindly decided that she hates my other two. (Thanks Pearl, I always wanted my life to more difficult /).-)

But anyway, I'm 20, and unfortunately still live at home. So although they are my pets in every way, the rest of the family don't want to see them. Hence why they are inconveniently living in my bedroom.

Today I've been drawing up plans on ways that I can lay my room out to accommodate another cage. What are your guys thoughts?


This is how my bedroom is currently laid out. I have a 6x2 c&c at the bottom of my bed, although it's currently devided to keep Pearl and my other two separate.



For most of these plans it would require the cages to be downsized to 4x2 c&cs.

Of course the other option is to have a two tier 5x2 where my 6x2 cage currently is...

What are your guys thoughts?

I would have it in a way that enables your lone sow to be right next to the other two so she still has company even though they can't be together.

My plan was to take her piggy dating so that she would have a friend anyway. Sorry I left that out :S

No problem. In that case I'd just go for the setup which allows you to sort the piggies easily and get to your bed to sleep

I would have them away from the door in case of draughts and where you can easily see them from your bed.
