Has anyone on this forum ever had a guineapig suffer from a receding eye? Like the eye is literally sinking into the head? If so what was the diagnosis/cause and what did you have to do to correct it?

I have just found this link. Scroll down to the bottom and it mentions eye problems. It may be worth having your pig tested for all of those things http://www.smallanimalchannel.com/guinea-pigs/guinea-pig-health/common-guinea-pig-health-issues.aspx I know you said he didn't have teeth problems but is there a Posibility he could have something else that is contributing to his receeding eye?

I dont no . He has an ulcer from a bad hay poke but thats almost cleared up but his eye is **** sunken in?

He might need a course of something else - my vet is going do tests on Liquorice's eye if the tear duct fails to heal after this course of treatment, it's been a long haul, but we're now starting to get some where.
Go back to your vet asap, get his eye checked out again, that's all I can suggest..
