I'm looking for a good guinea pig book. I'd like some recommendations please.
I'm thinking of one that has good all round information on everything from anatomy to health and illness. Is there such a book? ?/
 
My favourite book for the health and illness detail is Collins Family Pet Guide 'Guinea Pigs' by Peter Gurney. Though I also like my hardback book 'Guinea Pigs' by Julie Mancini.

I would highly recommend both of these books.

Piglopaedia is also very good, I like how it goes into piggy anatomy! There's one for 93p at the moment on amazon! we have an RSPCA guide to Guinea Pigs and the Peter Gurney Family guide to Guinea Pigs - which my 10 year old daughter thinks is the best book ever on guinea Pigs!
 
I have a couple by Peter Gurney including Piggy Potions as well as Guinea Piglopaedia Guinea Pig Book. I also want to get Guinea Pigs by Julie Mancini because the reviews looked good and you can never have enough piggie books if you want to cross reference and double check! rolleyes

I bought a peter guerney book and found nothing in it of use. This forum and guinealynx offer the same advice for free basically

This is the best book I've bought. Has detail info on everything!
I bought lots of books before and this is the best one by far.
