Red and bald hind legs

Hi,

I rescued two guinea pigs around 2 months ago and they're a year old I've noticed for a while now that the thin parts of their hind legs are bald and the skin is bright red

Does anyone have any advice?

I would get them to the vet for a check if the skin looks sore.
In the meantime, ensure their bedding is kept dry and that they aren’t sitting in urine

They dont seem agitated by their legs, they dont bite them or anything, but I will take them to the vets I clean them out every day so they are never left with dirty or vet bedding
