red dot on nose..what do i do?

i was holding nutella recently and i saw a small red dot in her nose. both of my guinea pigs have had ringworm in the past, and i liked it up and the red dot can supposedly be a sign of ringworm..what do i do?

Keep an eye on it over the weekend and perhaps get it get checked next week if it seems to be getting worse. Did you complete the treatment for ringworm?

It could just be a little miss judged nip from the other piggy but keep a close eye on it and have it vet checked if it gets bigger

Right now it is too small to and your picture too fuzzy. Keep an eye on it and see how it develops over the coming days. If it grows bigger quickly and develops a white crust, then you are obviously dealing with another round of ringworm.

But it can also be a small nip, something stuck to hairs has come off pulling the hairs with it or it could be the start of a small growth.
Personally I would not panic yet.
