Adult Guinea Pig
All my female guinea-pigs have really red feet. I asked on here when I first noticed it (which was quite a while ago now) and read that I need to change the bedding more often and change them to a better bedding, and put sudocrem on their feet. I changed them from woodshavings to vetbed, and I change the vetbed every 3 days. I also put sudocrem on their feet but it hasn't really made a difference. They are all from the same place, do you think that could be a part of it? I have another guinea-pig, Barry, who doesn't have this problem, but Edie, Marmalade and Sasha are from the same place, even though I've had Edie and Marmalade a year and they still have this problem so it must be something I'm doing but I can't think what it is? I don't think their feet are really hurting them because they still run around as normal but they are quite red. Their run is on the grass too so that wouldn't hurt their feet.
