Red fleshy looking skin on ear

I have noticed one of my guinea pigs has a red patch on his ear. We’ve had them for about a month now and they are still getting used to us so don’t like to be handled.

I can’t see anything on the others ear, any help would be appreciated. First time guinea pig owner

Thank you for your reply it isn’t the best picture but I will get them both booked into the vets just to be checked

As the picture isn’t clear it is very hard to see any sore patches.
To be honest, from the picture this just looks like normal skin pigmentation.
Did it used to look different and then has changed to this?
