Red/sore hocks?

Hi, I've just noticed that my girl Lottie has red hocks on both back legs, it's only this one spot and her feet look normal. She lives on fleece. Does anyone know what this is and how I can fix it?

That does look pretty sore. Does the fleece wick the moisture away and isn’t wet? And how long has it been like that?

Yeah I've used the same fleece liners for a few years now, never had an issue... I've only just noticed this so I'm not sure how long she has had it😣 i sweep poops and change hidey pads daily and fully clean once per week, her cage is a 4x4 c&c and she shares it with one other piggie
 
I would take her to the vet (not urgent) and keep an eye on it in the coming days.
