yall I'm so sad because i had to rehome one of my piggies and now i have to get a new one or rehome my other piggy. i am super attached to pickles and i could never rehome him but i dont know what to do becuase he hasnt ever gotten along with any piggies, what do i do?

I am not an expert but one of my original boys was super aggressive. Neutering does not change behaviour but my boar was rehomed and now lives with 2 ladies post neuter. I have been told he is very happy and a lot calmer. Maybe not smelling another male is a factor? I repeat I am not an expert but I have heard that being a "husboar" can work. Hopefully someone who knows what they're talking about will respond too.

I wouldn't overthink it to be honest, some pigs are happy to be by themselves.

He could live side by side with another boy if they don’t get along, as long as they have contact through the bars. Otherwise is there a rescue that offers “boar dating” that way he gets to choose a friend
