Relocating cages

We have had to relocate our darlings and since we have done this they have been very quiet, is this normal?
 
Yes, I relocated Fudge and he was quiet for a couple of days then back to his normal cheeky self :)
 
ooops!

they are going to be moved in a few weeks again cos we are converting our garage into a study.

I'm sure they will be happy once they realise they are having a nice big cage in there.

Just wish I could explain! ::)
 
At first there not used to it.
But then they'll jump around like its there new home!
Just give them some time ^_^
 
I think they can be quiet at first, but I have moved my piggys many many times (rearranging due to space, change of cages & set up, and most recently moving house). However when they get a bit braver and ready to explore (which usually is very soon after the move) I have found they seem to enjoy a change of scenery. Different, sights, smells and sounds to keep them amused. :)
