Replacing Veggies With Pellets Temporarily?

I'm going on vacation for a few days and my housemates have agreed to care for the pigs while I'm gone.

I normally give them their 1/8 cup of pellets in the morning and then I chop up a small food dish of veggies for them for dinner. I don't want to make my housemates go out of their way to chop up veggies every night. Would the pigs be any worse off getting additional pellets for three nights instead of their usual veggies?

Chop the veggies before you go and put them in three tupperware boxes, that is what we do for people looking after our piggies

Ugh, it figures Ganon would need to see a vet the night before we go on vacation. He got a piece of hay stuck in his eye, and now he's on antibiotic cream for the next week. It's just a good thing our housemate is good with animals.
