Rescue centres in Worcester?

Being at uni here, I have a fair amount of spare time, and am reeeeally missing animal company! I'm looking to do some volunteer work in a rescue centre, and wondered if anybody here has ever been involved with the RSPCA Worcester and Mid Worcestershire branch? I'm considering contacting them and seeing if they need any dog walkers/piggy cuddlers, that sort of thing!

My mum helps out with the Hereford branch, but i don't know anything about the worcester one off the top of my head. They have a special lady for pigs but i think she is out Abergavenny way. I will ask her for any info for you though

Sorry , I don't have any experience with worcester rescues but Hopper Haven in Redditch are often looking for volunteers and it's not too far away, it's a lovely place too

I have looked up Hopper Haven but the trouble is, I don't have my own transport - I don't have my car with me

Hey, it's only half an hour on the train to Cheltenham so you could pop over to Windwhistle Warren with me when I go if you like? I try going at the weekends if I can but it depends on what we've got on. Keep it in mind :-) xx
