rescue neutered boar

My new boar was from RSPCA and was neutered week commencing 12/8, I have bathed him today prior to introducing to my female and I think he still has a stich in his op site. It definitely looks like a stitch and he is not keen on me examining it. Do vets use dissolvable stitches, could jasper still have one in. Thank you

If in doubt, have him checked by your vet. Stitches are either dissolvable or the wounds are glued.
