Well, my guinea pig rescue is getting off to a great start! Soon I will be picking up a boar named Preston. I'll get pictures soon - i asked him for one but I don't know if he's got a way to send any to me. Preston was for his children, but they just take them out less and less and play with them. :(


So, I'll keep you updated!
 
well done for collecting him and giving him a new home! Where do you keep all these piggies I have a big garden and find my piggy cages are taking over lol hubby has said no more for a little while but if I do see any females he would 'Think about it' lol
 
i have 2 hutches, and a run and my other half says they are taking over, I WANT MORE. He keeps moaning that they have to go in the utility for the winter months, and I keep getting the lecture about People always used kept guinea pigs outside in the winter months and they were fine,Bla Bla Bla, I know I will always do what I want but it wont stop him whinging about it. MEN
 
Oh yes I get those lines often lol, I think they just get jealous that we spend more time pampering our piggies and not them!

yes it is definatly jealousy, my oh admits it, says i can do what i like if i gave him all the attention he needs, AGHHHHH
 
Lol to all of you! hahaha..

I have another piggy lined up to come home with me.. same story with her. She's tan and white and the couple got it for their kids but all she does is sit in her cage. :( So sad. :(

So, I emailed the woman back and I am getting responses so fast! I'm setting up a room for all these piggies where it's piggy proofed, and bigger than the one they are in now. It will be so fun I'm excited! I wasn't told what her name was, or much information about her.. I emailed the woman back to inquire about these things.
