chris went to be with his brother, cooper, this morning. i use to call chris my “problem child”, because of his independent attitude and that he didn’t like cuddles or being petted. in his earlier years, he would only let you love on him while he was eating his romaine, because he loved food more than anything. all of that changed as he got older.. chris got more and more tender, and became his most loving after his brother cooper passed. i loved chris at his sassiest and we were so bonded. i’m crushed beyond words. i’ve lost both of my beautiful boys, but i know that they were loved so deeply.. and i’m trying to cling to that. this will hurt for a very long time. popcorn high over the rainbow bridge, my sweet son. thank for the best years of my life with you and coop. you are with your brother and your namesake now. i miss you so much. i love you forever.
