My beautiful piggy, Amy passed away in my arms this evening after a short illness. Her death comes as a huge shock as she was her usual, happy self Friday night. I cannot believe she is gone.

Amy was my fourth piggy that was mine alone, and my first girl. She lived with her sisters, River and Ace. Amy was named after Amy Pond from Doctor Who, and the name couldn't have been more fitting. She was feisty, lively, adventurous - she was also the mother of the group, looking out for all the other piggies.

I'll miss her dearly.
