Itās been almost a week since our beloved Severus passed away unexpectedly and Iām just as heartbroken as the moment he left us on Sunday, 19th January 2020.
He brought such joy into mine & my partnerās life on a daily basis, it just doesnāt seem real at the moment that heās gone & every day Iām in bits coming home from work knowing he wonāt be greeting me on arrival.
We call him the fluffiest of lovelies & I always knew just how special a little guy he was. At first sight, I fell in love with Sev & how lucky we were to have him in our lives to get to know that adorable personality.
Iāll forever miss those high-pitched wheeks at the very rustle of a bag, his outstretched chicken legs & purrs when he was getting a good olā rub (when it was an especially good rub he would give our hands little licks) & of course Iāll miss you coming & sitting on my feet on a regular basis. Oh & of course your love of parsley
My wee Severus lives on through his brother Rigby, who seems to be coping a lot better than his piggy parents. We do plan on getting Rigby a companion through a rescue centre, although it pains me as it feels like replacing Sev at the moment.
Severus, you will always be with me no matter where I go. If I ever have children they will be made very aware you were the O.G of the household. You will still be moving back to Ireland with us in September & on the grass u should have been munching on, weāll plant your forget me nots as a happy reminder of the good life you lived.
When someone you love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure
Rest in peace my wee treasure
