I have tried a bit of needle felting but crocheting and knitting seems to be more my kind of hand crafting. But I've got wool at home. So maybe it will work out this time. :D

Thank you! Was it a kit you did for the flamingo? I find a lot of felting kits come with merino tops wool which really isn't appropriate for 3D felting and it's near impossible to make anything decent with it. My kit will be 100% carded wool so you can make a nice firm felt. I can also recommend The Crafty Kit Company for good felting kits.
 
Just read the reviews of your book on Amazon. Not a bad word to say about it. All such good reviews! Unfortunately my hands won't let me do anything but knit these days and that's not too often except for when I've had acupuncture on them which loosens them up alot.

Yes, it was a cheap felting kit from Lidl so probably wasn't the right kind of wool. I'll keep an eye out for your felting kit and give it another go!

I'm so pleased with the reviews! I knew it would be a bit niche so wasn't expecting to sell more than a couple of copies but there has been quite a bit of interest since it's so different to other needle felting books. And I think the guinea pigs help. Everyone loves a piggy!

Ah, yes. It'll definitely be the kit in that case. I'll post on here when my kits are ready and try to tag everyone who has said they're interested.
