Has anyone returned anything to ZOOPLUS ? - I'm so angry grrrr and frustrated mallethead i finally received my indoor cage and its broken.

It took over 10 days to arrive - you cant call them as the numbers not working and can only email - ive sent loads of emails and they arent responding. Ive even tried looking at different international numbers so at least i can speak to someone but again none of them are working.

anyone else had any problems with them recently and any suggestions ?

Maybe the staff are having on of those "Can't be bothered' days :P

But that really is appaling. Hope they get off their bums and get back to you soon. :)

Honestly, if they can't do a service properly, then they shouldn't have the service at all.

They have been having major problems with their delivery office but this has now been sorted so everything should soon return to normal. Their phone lines were also down during this time. I'm on another forum who had contacted them (as the other forum gets a donation when we order through a link on there as it as a charity).

Oh, and you can actually trace your parcel through parcelforce using the number that Zooplus give you.

zooplus are driving me mad. They were due to send me a cage but THEY canceled on me, and said I would have to re order, but the price had gone up £10. So I asked for a refund....have they refunded me, NO.

Zooplus have recently offered us an amount of 'seconds' in the hutches and cages range, supplied totally free of charge to house the hedgehogs so they can't be all that bad.

I have only had very good experiences with Zooplus, too.

Plus some of the houses they sell are being made in Daycentres for adults with disabilities, so they are actually providing jobs for the disabled community which is always a plus in my eyes :)

Oh, I didn't know that - that's really good. I'm on a cat forum and they give 10% of each sale from a link on the forum website to the forum as it is also a rescue charity.
