Rico got treatment

Rico appeared to be suffering from mange mites and has just got his first treatment I bought extra incase any of my other boys have caught it as they live together

Is this what your vet recommended to treat him with and did your vet say only to treat the affected one? I ask as I have been told beaphar spot on is too weak to be effective and also that all piggies living together will need a course of treatments to resolve the problem. Is your vet particularly cavy savvy?

Yes this is what I was told going by his weight he gets a double dose this is for Guinea pigs some people mistake it and buy the hamster one which is alot weaker. I was told treat the infected ones and any of them that have symptoms like dandruff, cuts, bald patches on the face and yes they are a specialist in small animal/ rodents
