Hi all,

I know that two of my guinea pigs are carriers of ringworm (they have had it and been successfully treated). Does this mean I can still catch it from them if they are carriers? I'm worried about handling them and letting my son handle them in case we end up with ringworm!

Thanks in advance for the help. :)

You should be fine after a wait of two weeks after the successful end of the treatment. Always apply good hygiene when handling any animals, anyway.
