2 outta 3 piggies have this scab on their face. The ones seems to be getting worse I’ve been applying lotrimin three times a day. Should it clear it up or am I treating for the wrong thing

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Some background info would be nice and helpful. How old are the piggies, how long have you had them, when did you first notice this?

We can’t recommend home treatment on the forum. Would recommend that you take all affected piggies to see a vet for formal diagnosis and correct threrapeutic level of treatment.

I’ve had them for three months and noticed it two days ago. And there about 3 and 4months old.

It looks rather like ringworm, but as stated before, we cannot replace veterinary care and we are none of us qualified to diagnose an illness nor can we ever replace a hands-on vet diagnosis. All we can do is tell you when to see a vet and which most likely avenues to pursue with them as well as support you in your care during the prescribed treatment.
Illness is a matter of fact in a pet life, and vet cost will inevitably make the highest budget post in any pet's life.
Please be aware that ringworm is highly infective and transmittable between many species, humans and common other pets like dogs and cats included. Your hygiene is as important as any vet treatment! Investing in a vet grade disinfectant that is also effective against ringworm spores, like F10 (most disinfectants aren't) is as important as any medical care to prevent it from spreading and re-infecting.

Please have them seen by a vet. Sending healing vibes.
