wouldn`t you like to know!
My guinea pigs have a mild case of ringworm.
We have these and this in their cage.
Should I chuck them and by new ones?
The bridge thing we think may be ok as long as disinfected?

They are mostly well behaved when having medicine syringed down their throats.
Its the tiny runt who makes the most fuss.

ide say disposing of them would only be a necessary with mites/lice, though the wooden bridge could be washed down etc.
with ring worm I'm sure its just lives on host as apposed to items….
but wouldn't like to say for sure

I tend to say throw out anything wooden with fungal, especially Ringworm as it is difficult to get rid of the spores. I know this is difficult for people with hutches so in that case I usually suggest washing thoroughly in F10. As the carrot house is edible I would definitely throw out and start again as you can't wash that. Only F10 is strong enough to deal with Ringworm spores though.

Is it Itrafungol the pigs are on?
