Ringworm!

I bought my daughter a Guinea Pig for her birthday about a week ago and a week later noticed a ringworm on his head......can I treat it with over the counter antifungals? Right now I don’t have the funding to see a vet so hopefully I can do something at home until I can make it to see a vet... HELP!!

Ringworm will need vet treatment it is also highly contagious. Most vets are concious that people may need help with costs and often offer payment plans.
