Hi everyone :)

I think I may have caught ringworm from my Guinea Pig. Anyway...does anybody know how to get rid of it before I go to the doctors. It is only small at the moment and someone suggested E45 does the trick. Any help/advice would be much appreciated! :) Thank-you and I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas :D

kill it with fire.

You do realize ringworm is an infection on the skin, and advising people to set themselves on fire is incorrect advice and very dangerous. They would most likely kill themselves doing this so I suppose that would deal with the infection but I think cream is the most sensible option.

I would advise you from now on not to post incorrect advise that could potentially kill a person this is very irresponsible.

Didn't see your post then Flinstones. I think I'l stick to the cream :)

I had to keep it covered up when I got it (on my wrist), so wore a bandage (I know, I can't remember what they call them, you get the idea) over it to stop the risk of infecting others for about 3 weeks until it cleared...

I am fine thank-you, it is only very small and has already started to go down. Will be gone in no time :)
