Rip Babbel

One of my sows passed away yesterday.
She had an eye removal surgery on monday. She would't eat and was very reluctantly when I tried to force feed her.
I guess she never got out of the sedation properly.
Her sister Saartje seems a bit depressed sometimes but her friend Chip tries to comfort her.

I am very sorry for your loss; you have tried your best! It is hard to lose a piggy in or after an operation that was unavoidable. You feel so gutted because you know that you have made the right choices, but you still feel like you have let down your piggy in some way.

Good that Saartje has a friend to look after her and help her through her grief!
