RIP Izzy Disco

We had the horrible decision to make this evening to put outr 9 year old Izzy to sleep He had been ill for a few months with a lung infection and on antibiotics . We were only at the vets yesterday and he had gained weight and breathing was better but today he went down hill struggling to breathe and dribbling . My vet was fantastic with him and so tomorrow I’ll collect him and bury him the garden . My 10 year old is devistated but handling it well ( she was with me ).
I have another boar same age so we will keep a close eye on him ( they lived as neighbours)

Thank you everyone , we miss him . Concentrating on our other 9 year old boar to ensure he doesn’t pine. They were neighbours, they didn’t live together as they didn’t get on even though they were brothers
