thank you all. lucy was my first real pet along with Louie (budgies) i had to leave her at home with mum and dad when i moved out as she was 12 and i didnt think moving her was a good idea at that age. so she stayed and dad found her this morning she just didnt wake up. been expecting it since the weekend but it doesnt make it any easier.:0

I'm so sorry that you've lost Lucy, Laura. It doesn't make it any easier to be expecting it. Losing a pet is always painful, no matter what the circumstances. Lucy was obviously much loved by you all. Have a look at this thread sometime, it might help:
