RIP my little jerry!

my poor little jerry has just passed away, after being poorly when i had him very underweight and having severe mites, he lost the use of his legs a week bk,and lost clots of his fur. but seemed to have picked up and put weight on etc,over the lasat week. well the poor little sole has given up his fight and curled up and passed away peacefully and very suddenly, although iv only had him 3 weeks and him only having a very short life he has had a huge impact on me and his little personality shone though, he will be soo missed :(

i just dont understand :( he really seemed to have picked up last few days, then just given up. i cant believe how upset i actualy am, only having him a short time and never having owned a pet before, its hard to understand how close you get these little fella's i hope hes got a big mommy piggy looking after him now as hes only a baby still :'(
 
I'm so sorry :rose. That was so sudden I doubt anything could have been done for him. You did the best you could with him and gave him the loving home he deserved. Big hugs to you.
 
He had a wonderful home with you for the time that he was here. You did everything your could. Sweet dreams little Jerry.
 
it litrally happened in 5 mins, he let out a lil squeek, n just curled up. n rasied his head a few times, then just went to sleep. i am glad that i managed to get him and he didnt die alone where he was living before, that he has passed away curled up in the warm with his lil family around him, n I'm glad it was a very quick passing n that he didnt suffer!
 
I am sorry for your loss; his little heart could obviously no longer cope...

You have given Jerry the care and love that have changed his life - that is the important thing!

RIP Jerry - you were much loved and are much missed
 
just glad he found a loving family before he passed away, n died with a ince full tummy in the warm, that kinda helps me in this moment. hes now been buried in my garden wrapped in a blanket :'(
 
So sorry you lost Jerry, i bet you are upset, they really get to you dont they, you did a cracking job and loved and fed them, what more could a piggy ask for, well done, rip jerry x
 
thanks you for all your support has really helped me today.. although i now neeed to pull myself together n comfort poor ben as he has spent all day squeeking round looking for jerry.. very sad sight indeed :(
 
I'm so sorry, I have posted on your original thread but just want to say again that you were a great owner to him and you made his short life really good.

Jerry will know how much you loved him and how much you cared and did everything you could for him, at least he died knowing he was loved. Be proud of what you done for him x

How sad at least you know you did your best for him life is so nasty sometimes.
