We lost our lovely big cuddly boy Patchy yesterday...he went downhill quickly over the weekend and we rushed him to the vet yesterday morning to be told there was nothing to be done. Vet could feel large irregular tumour in his side so it was decided to help him over Rainbow Bridge...he was about 7 years old...197950_10150221556293642_8124361_n.webp

RIP my handsome boy - we will miss you forever. Give Cookie a wheek from us when you see him...xxxxxx

Hi,
I know it's soo hard I lost my guinea-pig of 9 years, Rosie in November. She also had a tumour that had paralysed her back leg from pressure on the spinal cord. The tumour also burst leaving a hole in her side. We had the vet help her go over the rainbow bridge too. I got two more guinea-pigs 3 days later because I couldn't deal not having one to stress over :P ahaha. So if you are finding stuff hard then maybe get some new piggies? xx
Good luck-Emma xx

I am very sorry that you had to let your beautiful old gent go. It always comes as a nasty shock, and it is so much harder after all that time you had with him!

RIP Patchy

I am really sorry for the loss of your stunning piggy, sometimes helping them across the bridge is the last act of love we can ever make for them and though it kills us inside it is so brave and one made with the love for them at the forefront of our minds. Huge Hugs

Sleep well little one

RIP Patchy

I am so sorry you've lost your beautiful Patchy. My boy, Elliot died last night, and it's truly heart-breaking. I hope they meet in heaven x

I'm sorry for your loss... It's really sad that they're really fragile creatures that can go downhill that quickly...
Popcorn free Patchy.
