Sparky passed away this morning in my arms8...

On friday I noticed she wasn't eating much, tried to coax her with parsley, she had a nibble then went to sleep. Over the next 2 days she has been sleeping loads, and not eating/doing much. I think she just got old.

Last night we were having a cuddle and she was so relaxed8... I put her in the cage around 11pm, then this morning woke up and went straight to her, she looked up then had a fit:( I got her favourite snuggle fleece and took her upstairs for cuddles, 10 mins later she feel asleep forever. It was like she had waited for her time.

RIP sparky, you didn't stay with us very long, but we loved you so much. Sparky was a resuce, around 4yrs old when she came to me, I am just happy we managed to let her last year be loved.

Candy is missing you so much already, she keeps looking around the cage, calling for you:(

I'm so sorry Sparky left for the bridge. How lovely to have been with her though, adleast she died knowing that she was loved.

I am just overwhelmed I got to hold her and love her during her last moments, it will stay with me forever8...

RIP Sparky run free at the bridge, i'm sure Barney greeted you with open paws, have fun popcorning together thru the meadows and munching out on the lush green grass, you'll be very sadly missed by mummy and Candy but NEVER forgotten xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

So sorry to hear about Sparky, at least she knew love in her final moments. She will have appreciated beyond knowing all the wonderful things you did for her. :0
