rocket?

I gave my two some rocket earlier which they both gobbled up. I just stole some for my tea and it is so strong.
Is that ok? Normally i get the bags mixed with other stuff and it don't taste as strong in that.

Yes, but like all lettuces not daily. Like carrots and spinach, lettuces are high in vitamin A, which builds up in the liver.

Thankyou. Yeah they don't have it everyday i normally buy one bag a week and they will have it a couple of days and i eat the rest.

I sometimes get rocket and mine go mad for it. but they rarely have it, because they cant have alot and i dont like it and it just go's off, same with spinach. xx
