Hi Folks! .... I've been looking into doing the Rodentology course run by Vedra Stanley-Spatcher,
Has anyone done it?.... Is it good?..... It certainly sounds informative! :)

Just had a look really good, only thing is I'm in Cornwall, guess I could take a train, will you do it?if so let us know how you get on

@sindydoll ....I'm in West Yorkshire so pretty far for me too......but it's very reasonably priced!...I'm defo going to consider doing it! :)

I've done the Rodent Health Advisor course, but not the full BAR course, so I'm not a rodentologist.

I found it to be really helpful, just for myself to feel more confident with my pigs, and to ask questions to my vet.

I would definitely recommend it.

I've done the Rodent Health Advisor course too (Vedra reckons you are a rodentologist!). I found it really good - one-to-one tuition and you come out much, much more confident about the healthcare of your pigs. Recommended.

Sound really interesting. Too far for me and a tad expensive I think, might look to see if something nearer you never know x good luck to you tho x

I seem to remember there is a lady in Devon that takes some courses connected to the CCT &also transports guineas to vedra in Cambridge, I think she travels up once a month. I'm not sure I'll have to look it up when I get home but I think her name is Katherine Frayling.
Not sure if that's any help for any of the workshops. Around the £40mark last year on flyer I had. But not sure if u have to be a member of the CCT to apply for the workshops. The courses were mainly skin/fungal issues- dental/syringe feeding- elderly care.xx
