Very sad news Rolo has passed away tonight. I have just been out to do cleaning duties, and she was lying in the nest with Crunchie, looked so peaceful, cold but soft still. I saw her eating this morning, when i got home from work i took treats out, only saw Crunchie in entrance to nest box. Looks like she went in her sleep.

Crunchie seems ok, worried how she will cope as she has lost her daughter and is now on her own, but she has eaten.

No idea why this has happened? she had been eating as normal, no change in health/character.

Still cant believe Rolo has gone, aged 2 years 3 months

Am so very sorry to read that Rolo has passed. :'(

She was a gorgeous looking lady and I know she has left a big hole in your heart.

I think the shock is worse when you come home like that and find a much loved piggie gone to the bridge with no warning. There is just no reason why Alison, sometimes its just sadly one of those things.

RIP Rolo.

Alison so very sorry about Rolo she was indeed gorgeous, sometimes it happens like this with no rhyme or reason I lost Jasper and his cage mate Romeo a few months ago both no reason no signs just a bad coincidence, at least she did'nt suffer your are doing the suffering now for her, be brave and spoil crunchie :'(

Oh no, i've just seen this. I'm so sorry to hear about Rolo. He was a gorgeous pig and i'm sure he will be missed. Run free little Rolo. :'(
 
Rollo looks absolutely beautiful. I'm so sorry to hear about her. You and Crunchie will miss her such a lot. x
