Hi all

I gave Ronnie a bath earlier and clipped his nails but noticed it had a couple of little crust like scabs on both his front paws. It's not something I've seen before but wanted some advice please.

Here's some photos.....

Spurs was my first thought too, Willow used to get them but his were black & so was his skin. I'm not sure if this colour is normal for a light-skinned piggie.

Thanks for your help :)
It looks like it is spurs. Last night I carefully used a cotton bud to wash around it and it seemed to pick and flake off a little.
To me it did seem just like abit of hard skin but I wanted to make sure x

Looks like spurs to me. Cookie has one and it looks very similar.

They look like spurs. Some pigs develop them, and others don't. Out of my pigs, Linney has never had one and Sundae gets them. They aren't harmful. I do clip them back if they are looking long because I don't want her to catch them on anything, like a hangnail.
