Hi everyone, I have not been on the site for some time so it was nice to have a look around today. I thought I would update you all on Rose who was poorly this time last year, she went to Debbie and lived with her for several weeks. Well one year on and Rose is now coming up to her 3rd Birthday and she is doing FINE, she is as healthy as a healthy guinea pig can be, her eyes are sparkling and she is very happy with her 3 daughters and Sid. All the piggies are doing well, mind you her beautiful daughter Lily who if she was human would be like a 1950's screen goddess, she is so pretty all white with long flowy hair, well she has cataracts in both eyes and has been like that for nearly a year, you know sometimes I think she is looking at me and she has some sight, and her sister Miss Scarlett has also started to development cataracts they are only 2 years old, one of Miss Scarlett's eyes is very white the other is a little cloudy, I feel so sorry for her but hope she will adapt like Lilly did. Brandi the other daughter is fine, she is very strong and grips my hands so tight. The only boy Sid who I had sorted when he was young, well he loves his girls and protects them in fact if one of them is not out at night he runs over and sniffs their den and waits for them to come out. So all is good with Rose and life in our piggie family in Cardiff is just dandy.
